CBR was nicknamed by a resident of Jujuhan Ilir District who works as a shaman, arguing that he worked on a girl’s rice field or that rape was carried out as an intermediary for treatment.
In carrying out his actions to vent his depraved lust, it started when the victim’s father sought treatment with the perpetrator in 2021.
Kaur Bin Ops (KBO) of the Bungo Police Criminal Investigation Unit, Ipda Hamsyah, explained that the victim’s father often sought treatment with the perpetrator who was known to treat various diseases.
“After that the perpetrator often came to the house of the victim’s parents and then the suspect found out and knew the victim’s child,” said Hamsyah, as quoted from detik, Wednesday (18/09/2024).
Because he often treated the victim’s father, the perpetrator also knew the victim, who was still a student.
Then in January 2024, the perpetrator came to the victim’s house on the pretext of wanting to treat a sick female patient.
However, the perpetrator needed the victim as an intermediary because he could not touch the patient’s body.
“In carrying out treatment, the suspect (admitted) that he could not touch the body of a sick woman, so the suspect needed an intermediary who was also a woman to touch the sick woman and then the suspect invited the victim’s child every time he treated the sick woman,”he said.
With this method, the perpetrator had sexual intercourse with the victim repeatedly.
This depraved act was carried out at the perpetrator’s house and the victim’s house since January 2024.
The victim’s biological father, who knew about this, did not accept this and reported the incident to the Bungo Police.
“Based on the report from the victim’s parents, the PPA unit conducted an examination of the victim’s child reporter and other witnesses who were related to the incident.
“Then took the victim’s child to the H. Hanafie Muara Bungo Regional Hospital for a post mortem et revertum,” said Hamsyah.
For the actions of the initials CBR (38), the “obscene shaman” was subject to Article 81 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 76D or Article 81 paragraph (2) or Article 82 Paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 76E of Republic of Indonesia Law number 35 of 2014 with the threat of a 15 year sentence. prison.
